What materials are your jewellery made from?
All our pieces are made from sterling silver, 14K gold-filled, or solid gold making most shower safe and tarnish resistant. Some gold-plated sterling silver or gold vermeille pieces will become sterling silver with time and wear so we consider those not to be shower safe. Please read our product descriptions for more details.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping in and around Toronto takes approximately 3-5 business days.
- West coast & east coast: 5-7 business days
- United States: 4-6 business days
- Australia/Asia: 3-4 weeks
- UK: approximately 12 days
Processing times are 1-2 business days. Same day rush service is also possible depending on the item(s) if you're in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Shipping is always free with us worldwide (minimum spend $75 CAD before taxes).
I want to send a gift to someone, is gift wrapping provided?
It sure is! In addition to our free shipping option, we provide complimentary gift shipping as well. Simply select our gift wrap option and include a personal message to your special someone in the note to seller at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest!
I ordered a ring but it’s too small, can I exchange it for another size?
For sure! Just send us a message within 14 business days of receiving your order and as long as it’s in its original unworn condition, we’d be happy to provide an exchange or store credit for you. Earrings are final sale due to hygienic reasons.
Do you ever have sales?
We have sales only about 2-3 times a year. However, periodically we might have a special on a specific piece. We announce these from our Instagram account (@bessehajewellery) and newsletters so be sure to set up notifications and sign up for our newsletter!
Can I see your collection in person?
If you’re in the Toronto area or planning a visit, please come visit us at one of our pop ups. We’re at Kensington Flea Artisan Market at 216 Augusta Ave most weekends from May to October from 11am-7pm.

I’m in Toronto and need a gift in a hurry, can I pick something up from you?
Absolutely, just send us a message or email and we’ll try our best to arrange something.

Do you make custom jewellery?
Yes, we do! We’d be happy to assist you with your custom order. Whether you’d like a sterling silver necklace or platinum diamond ring, we’ve got you! Simply send us a message from the Contact Us form in the menu.
How long have you been in business?
Besseha Jewellery was born in July 2018. You can read more about our Toronto-based, woman-owned business from our About Us section.
Special causes:
Since our inception in 2018, we’ve made it our purpose to give back. Annually, we donate part of our proceeds to resettled refugees in Canada. Other causes we support and continue to donate to include: 2SLGBTQ+ communities in downtown Toronto, new mothers between homes, Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), and locally-based animal rescues.
